I ndividual accountabilities
Oversees the planning, delivery, and execution of multiple concurrent programs/projects, valued at over $60MM, /investments in Enterprise Protect capabilities, a portfolio with a significant / high level of regulatory & Board focus.
Responsible for the framework that enables successful delivery within PDLC and support Agile models. The role interacts with all levels of the organization from senior leadership to individual teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Demonstrated leadership ability including experience leading complex programs, that include a number of sub-programs/projects and involve multiple and business/ technical and functional stakeholders
Oversees overall portfolio financial oversight, performance metrics , benefits realization analysis and other governance and control related functions (e.g. strategic in-take and prioritization, methodology implementation etc.)
Oversees a significant portfolio comprised of multiple concurrent projects / programs, including I technology delivery comprised of Tier 1,2,3,4 level, projects with a high complexity profile
Has oversight and may lead the delivery of Tier 1 projects / programs
Provides strategic guidance to business / functional leaders to ensure escalated concerns or regulatory or governance related portfolio issues are appropriately managed
Lead the Delivery Governance activities including: EPMO/PDLC compliance, CTB oversight, project health checks, workforce/capacity planning and coordination of PDLC requirements on behalf of TRMIS to feedback into corporate standards
Lead the Reporting, Tools & Process Optimization activities including: Risk reporting for Currency, Delivery Analytics & Reporting, Delivery Process Optimization and Infrastructure enterprise tools strategy

Work with stakeholders & executives to manage the appropriate project pipeline (portfolio) with associated sponsors
Work with execs and stakeholders for build execution associated with TRMIS projects
Work with Change and Communication Leads for alignment in project readiness, launch and awareness across enterprise
Extensive delivery leadership experience
Technology risk/ cyber experience an asset
Ability to define and execute a complex federated strategic agenda
